The hotel offers spacious rooms with a balcony overlooking the main street, although the doors can be loud at times. The location is superb, right in front of the palace garden, close to Bialowieza National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Dining options are plentiful and of excellent quality, with a minor inconvenience of the crowded setting. Service is generally good, especially in the pool and spa areas, with helpful staff willing to assist anywhere in the hotel.

The hotel is centrally located in Bialowieza village, close to shops and the National Park, offering friendly service and a top-notch dining experience. However, the rooms are a bit dark with loud air conditioning at night.

Rooms

The rooms have a lot of hunting trophies on the walls, offering a striking atmosphere despite being slightly dark. The chairs are very low, and you might need extra cushions. The new and clean bathroom is a plus, but they are not soundproof.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious and modern, perfect for my family with separate bedrooms and a shared living room. The breakfast had a great selection of veggies and various dishes, and don't miss out on ordering a custom omelette. The service was top-notch with friendly staff willing to assist in arranging activities. The location was convenient in the center of Bialowieza village, near the National Park, offering relaxation facilities like a sauna and outdoor jacuzzi. The dining experience was delightful with a variety of hot and cold items, although it could get crowded at times.

7.2/10

The hotel has a very cozy environment perfect for a family visit and offers a great location. The rooms, however, were a bit small and came with some unwanted guests. The so-called Cigare Club next door was more of a loud night club than a relaxing spot.

Rooms
5.0
I had to change to an apartment due to the tiny window and claustrophobic feel. Unfortunately, there were also a lot of mosquitos around.
Service
9.0
The service was exceptional; everyone from reception staff to the restaurant and spa were very friendly and helpful, although not everyone might enjoy their sense of humor.
Location
7.0
The hotel is in the center of Bialowieza village near the border, which is great for sightseeing. However, the noise from the garbage truck passing by could be bothersome.
Dining
8.0
The dining experience was delightful with a variety of delicious Polish dishes, but it was missing warm bread which could have made it even better.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel offers nice dining options and a small pool area, but the nearby night club could be a downside for those seeking a quieter stay.
